fluffy…bunny
Has anyone had any luck with this motherboard? Sorry for pure english or mistakes. Yep! I just set-up my new computer on this board. The main OS is Windows 2k3. 01 Intel DX38BT (BIOS rev. 1782) 02 Intel Q9450 03 OCZ ReaperX 1333MHz 04 nVidia 8600GT by MSI 512MB (not for games, just display) 05 Adaptec SCSI Controllers 29320LPE & 2940AU 06 2x SCSI disks Fujitsu 74GB (not for Mac) 07 SATA disk WD Raptor 74GB (for Mac) 08 IDE DVD-RWs Plextor 750A & Pioneer-Buffalo DVR-111L 09 USB ext. DVD-RW Plextor 608CU (should work under Mac) 10 SCSI CD-RW Yamaha CRW-F1 (should work under Mac) 11 Soundcard ESI Julia (should work under Mac) Firewire, Infrared and on-board sound are disabled. On-board controllers are really piece for {censored} even on Windows, but I don't have any available slots for additional LAN ( I'm new to Hackintosh and Mac OSX, but have good experience on FreeBSD. Please, could you explain what exactly hackintosh image should I download by torrents or Usenet. I've found only this one "Mac.OSX.Leopard.V10.5.2-HOTiSO" with h-mol1052.dmg inside. Is it all right for beginning? BTW My SATA disk is also a bootable disk for Windows 2003 (C:\) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/114239-intel-dx38bt-problems/#findComment-846567 Share on other sites
Norrin
I'm having good luck so far. SLIM2001, can you please update this thread with the network information. I know you got it done, because I got the info from another post that you made. I'm looking for it now. I'll update this thread if / when I find it. So far, - SATA detecting using the September iDeneb nForce Patch / fix - e1000 network working - no HD audio yet, although I think there's a way. SLIM2001 should know. - and I don't have the Marvell IDE controller working yet, and consequently my DVD burner b/c of it. I haven't looked into that one yet.
