dponmac Posted March 8, 2006 Share Posted March 8, 2006 I have them same card.. took it out and bought an ATI Raedon 9600XT on ebay for 50 bucks, couldn't be happier. Got CI and QE working out of the box. just have to deal with the mouse artifacts, but its not a big deal. I just pop the FX5200 back in my comp when i wanna play games in XP.. although i dont know how much better it is than the 9600 yet.. Definitely, it's not even a small difference either, the 9600xt is almost twice as fast in some games.
