mr morgan Posted June 27, 2008 Share Posted June 27, 2008 am i insane or just searching for the wrong thing.. i keep running into people who have dell 1505's working with osx but they don't seem to want to tell how they got them to work. needless to say.. my dell inspiron e1505 boots just fine and everything thats going to work seems to work .. except the lcd.. the lcd just stays black so on a whim i connected it to my tv... perfect picture.. no artifacts nothing but beautiful responsive leopard graphics .. what gives? is there a way to switch this or something i'm just doing wrong? mr morgan Posted July 5, 2008 Author Share Posted July 5, 2008 err. i just cut and pasted the new one over the old one. there's a process to this? haha. this whole osx86 thing is so freakin disorganized ... you'd think there'd be sort of a knowledge base or something so you didn't have to spend 5.5 hours being told you ask noob questions or being expected to read through a 400 page thread that sorta has something to do with your computer...
