The OS X installer can't see SATA drives when the BIOS setting is set to 'SATA as RAID'. HTH. Gujal Posted June 24, 2008 Share Posted June 24, 2008 There are articles on how to install AHCI drivers in XP (on a running install) without losing the install. Search for them If you are installing XP from scratch you can use the Driver Floppy after pressing F6 on install or integrate the driver using nlite in to the XP CD.
