I start time machine and choose a fat32 partition in my second HD. In this HD I had a ext3 partition and a fat32.

It says me "ow, I need to format this..", Ok.

This peace of s.h.i.t format all my hard disk, erasing all my data!

i'm not too good at this, but i think since you had a fat32 and ext3, time machine may have formatted the entire hdd for the sake of makin an hfs. so both partitions fell =(

if ever you see the word 'format' in a prompt, pretend like it's guaranteed to lose all the data on all partitions of that hard drive, because if that worst case scenario happens, at least you'll be prepared for the consequences, unlike me on many, many occasions^^;
