toshiba_mac24
I am big on using remote desktop. I am trying to configure Leopard to VNC into it. I have tried Vine VNC, Real VNC, and even in System Preferences, but so far no luck. Any suggesstions?
smorf
well, leo brings a vnc server itself. go to system preferences -> sharing -> remote management -> computer settings to enable it. you need to use hextile on the viewer side, full color depth and no scaling. the better way is to disable the vnc remote management, and then to install vine server, it really works nice on a hackintosh, just have a look in the settings before you try to connect. set a password and be sure the server is started / starts with osx. the third way is to use teamviewer instead of vnc, have a look on teamviewer.com.
