If I have 2 separate HD's , one for Vista/XP (2 Partitions, one for Vista, one for XP) and one (HD) for OS X how do I format the first HD for an install of Vista using what? I tried Disk Utility but when formatting for MS-DOS in the Vista install under what HD to write the install of the OS to it say's something like "In GPT format cannot write install to"

What the heck?

Do I need better partiotning software then what OS X has?

That's the setup that I have.

I disconnect my Leopard drive.

I boot up on winxp and format the hard drive with the cd.

Then I boot up on the vista dvd and format the partition.

I then reconnect Leopard.

Boot up vista and then I load easy bcd.

Edit easy bcd to include Leopard.

Make sure that you are booting the windows drive.

Good Luck.

Be specific..

have u install or not...???

If not..You can use 1stHD using Vista DVD to Format and make partition as 1 for Vista and 1 for XP..

For MAC OSX..use the DISK UTILITY from Leo DVD to create partition..

Then Install normally..for both OS..use Tboot for triple booting..
