SticMAC™ Posted June 14, 2008 Share Posted June 14, 2008 Hi did you press F8, then at the boot prompt type "-v"(without the quotes), this should give you some indication of the error! You can also try, "-v -f -x" just to see what happens if it reloads everything! him89 Posted June 14, 2008 Author Share Posted June 14, 2008 i have tried -x -v cpus=1 and all kernels but ends up at same place.... will try -f now....and post if it works.....regards,him89. i have tried -f too....finally end ups at the same place....and i see one more thng..... it says some thing bout a not able to find a firewire devices security so setting security to deafault mode.... does this have anythng to do with it? regards, him89.
