DaiTeM
Hi all, I'm a long-time reader here...but this is my first post. I'm building a new machine for my office, and I'd like to dual boot with Vista64 and Leopard. Here is my config: Mobo: Gigabyte GA-X48-DQ6 CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 Yorkfield 2.66Ghz 12MB RAM: OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 800Mhz 5-4-4-18 OCZ2P8008GQ Platinum Quad Kit 4x2GB PSU: Enermax Modu82+ EMD625AWT 625W Chassis: Cooler Master CM-690 RC-690-KKN1-GP GPU: eVGA GeForce 8800GT KO 512-P3-E805-A1 PCI-E 512MB 675 Mhz HDD 1: Western Digital VelociRaptor WD3000GLFS 300GB 10000RPM HDD 2: Western Digital Caviar WD5000AAKS 500GB 7200RPM DVD 1: Sony NEC Optiarc AD-7203S-0B SATA LabelFlash DVD 2: Sony NEC Optiarc AD-7203S-0B SATA LabelFlash I'd like to know if it's a good start for an Hackintosh...about components compatibility, etc. P.S. I'm Italian, sorry in advice for any language mistake. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/110213-building-a-new-quad-core-machine/ Share on other sites

DaiTeM
Benvenuto.... http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showforum=96 è perfetta [iTA] Ciao, grazie del benvenuto. Non mi ero accorto della sezione italiana, aprirò la discussione anche lì. [/iTA] Back in topic, i forgot a question: are new mobos with P45 chipset compatible, or are "too new"?
