drmax69 Posted June 12, 2008 Share Posted June 12, 2008 Hi there I installed : 10.5.2 from kalyway and its 10.5.3 Comboupdate without no significant problem EXCEPT That : I can't make my network card to work Here is my network card info Name: Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller Device ID: PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_167A&SUBSYS_01DE1028&REV_02\4&22443A69&0&00E5 Here my PC INFO here is my PC info Language: English (Regional Setting: French) System Manufacturer: Dell Inc. drmax69 Posted June 17, 2008 Author Share Posted June 17, 2008 w0w I manage to get the card regonnize in Osx but now my MAc adress is not valid : 00:00:00:00:00:00 ifconfig en1 ether XX:Xx:Xx:XX:Xx:XX XX = my card number doesnt seemto work keep saying : ifconfig : ioctl (SIOCAIFADDR): Network is down Any body has a clue ?
