Try Acronis Disk Director

But.... Partition Magic is a very fine program, and is as stable or reliable as anything you will find. Few people would call it "{censored}".

I second that. I used Partition Magic myself and it does the job fine :)

What!, are you kidding...?

I've been using Partition Magic for years and had no problems (PowerQuest's versions)

Now using Norton's Partition Magic 8.5 (dos and windowsxp version)

Think it might be you doing something wrong?, check out google/wiki about disk partitioning,

So that you know what you are doing before you use any kind of partitioning/disk volume software.

Believe me I know how easily it is to screw up, so make sure you have a backup of the whole disk (or at least the partitions you care about) before you start partitioning/changing volumns/re-sizing, etc...

Things that go wrong tend to be human caused, remember that computers/software only do what we tell them. i.e. they are tools.

You know the one about bad workmen and blaming there tools?!!!
