Bought a economic Advantek USB Wifi adapter AWN-USB-54s, http://www.advanteknetworks.com/products/w.../awnusb54s.html, which is originally just for Windows XP & VISTA. Asked their support people if help for us MacHackintosh and VOILA they sent a driver Tested them in a Sony Vaio rather old 4 years, PCG-35F with a 10.4.5 version and it worked !!!!! Tested in a clone with Intel Mobo with Kalyway 10.5.2 everything working and IT WORKED also !!!! Great now I can connect to my Iphone in my desktop. BTW, the VAIO has a wifi but never got it to work after 6 months of different kext and drivers and playing around with plist PCI VID and PID... CHEERS I cant include the drivers cause its over the 2MB limit I have. Ask the Advantek support.
