timopro Posted June 5, 2008 Share Posted June 5, 2008 Dear all, I just bougth this small device and installed with open soure driver USBAx8817x.kext and I have the following problem: When I boot my computer, on the system preference the Ethernet adapter is not plugged in (insead is plugged on the usb port) so for it's works I need to remove it from USB port and replug it, after it work fine, Can anyone help me?? timopro Posted June 10, 2008 Author Share Posted June 10, 2008 OK, I found the solution for my problem, I installed the Appleusbethernet.kext, from macgirl (thanks macgirl) and the usbethernet adapter now works perfectly also after a reboot, so I don't need anymore to unplug and plug, to works, thanks macgirl ans to other all for this mega site!!!
