Adnan Khan Posted June 5, 2008 Share Posted June 5, 2008 Hello, I've SONY Vaio FE11H with geforce 7400 go card dedicated 64mb ram and virtual is 256mb. I don't know too much about mac os as i just started 4 days ago. I installed Kalyway 10.5.2 so many times on my laptop and tried different nvinjects but everytime i get 1024X728 resolution and QE/CI disabled. when i installed Kalyway 10.5.3 combo update, the display is black screen. Same was when i install nvinstaller 4.1, Nothing seems to be working for me to get my correct resolution that is 1280 X 800 and QE/CI enabled. I borrowed a monitor from my housemate and it shows QE/CI enabled and nvinject 0.2.1 which only worked on external monitor, my laptop screen is black and it's frustrating. Can anyone advise me how to turn on QE/CI on geforce 7400 go with my laptop screen and correct resolution?? GemmaA Posted August 3, 2008 Share Posted August 3, 2008 I have the same setup as you Adnan Khan, its an issue with vaio laptops. You have to use an external monitor. Although I havent done a thorough search on this for about a month, I believe that there is still no fix for this, although I would love to be proven wrong.
