I've noticed since I installed the 10.4.5 security update which was released this week, Safari now stalls over certain Google ads. If you're using the scroll wheel to scroll down the page, the page scrolling will halt at the ad. Oddly, scrolling up is not affected. Sometimes you can scroll over it if you're scrolling fast, but if you place your cursor directly over the ad there is nothing you can do to scroll down.

A good ad to test this on can be found here: http://binarybonsai.com/archives/2006/03/0...this/#more-2025 The ad is in between the post and the comments.

Since I'm not 100% sure this bug existed before, there are three groups of people which need to report back. If you have the time and you're running either a hacked 10.4.5 w/ security update, hacked 10.4.5 w/o security update, or a legitimate 10.4.5 w/ security reports back what happens when you scrolls down over the ad.

Thanks!

After downloading the Security update for 10.4.5, My system would not boot up to the blue screen.

I have to revert back to a previous Disk Image and reburn my HD with it using Net Restore (Note: Net Restore images do not seem to be directly bootable.)

I keep 10.4.3, 10.4.4 and 10.4.5 (10.4.5 is cloned using Net Restore) on my system at all times incase of an Emergency.
