macgirl Posted June 3, 2008 Share Posted June 3, 2008 You can control the multichannel speakers with the Audio MIDI Setup application (Utilities Folder). But just a note, a lot of Mac Apps do not use multichannel output, so you still hear only stereo. Don't know if there is a sofware for making Surrond Sound on multichannel speakers. My USB Sonica Theater sound card has surround setting with software, but i only works with PPC Macs.
