I'm asking because the DVD packages are structured differently and sometimes you may not be pulling System Profiler.app out of the right package. Have you repaired permissions? Robbiem Posted June 3, 2008 Author Share Posted June 3, 2008 um not sure, got it from newzbin.com lent my friend the LEO disc i got off TPB.com and he never gave it back, (F*ER), so i got this one. anyway, you say its probably a bad disc? or how would i fix this? Edit: would anyone mind sending me the contents folder or your system profiler? ~pcwiz Posted June 3, 2008 Share Posted June 3, 2008 That looks like the original Mac OS X disc, not a patched one. Are you using AMD? You may need to patch the System Profiler.app binary using Marvin's AMD Utility. EDIT: Also make sure that you don't post links to that stuff, you should take that link off now. SO i was wondering, if anyone could just send me there contents folder for it???
