worpx Posted June 3, 2008 Share Posted June 3, 2008 thats really strange...its supposed to be under: Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, and then click Keyboard & Mouse. (under hardware) Perhaps your kboard driver is not installed properly or mac os thinks there is no detected..so no sys pref..i had this happen to me with my onboard nic....(not compatible ..so I went out and bought one that was and then i had ethernet icon) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

luismanson Posted June 4, 2008 Author Share Posted June 4, 2008 Its fixed, somehow the settings file was lost, i just find a directory with all the panes and keyboard was not there, i launched pacifist, opened osx install dvd and extracted from: Contents of: OSInstall.mpkg -> EssentialSystemSoftware -> EssentialSystemSoftwareGroup -> Leopard...
