I have a PCI Wireless G card that I am trying to get to work.

It's a Gigabyte GN-WP01GS, as seen here

It's based off the RT61 chipset, and I've read around here that some people have gotten this chipset to work while others haven't, something about USB drivers (but this is PCI?), etc etc.

Can someone point me to a guide, or the appropriate kexts, etc.

Check out this post and follow the wireless drivers instructions, they worked for me.

OSx86

edit the info.plist by doing: "sudo pico /PATH" save with Ctrl+O exit with Ctrl+X

fix disk permissions,

Reboot with -f -v to reload cache and see output

Insert you usb dongle after rebooting and voila, the nasty buger will smile @ you, Took me two weeks to find the post.

Well, did it work? I just bought a WP01GS-RH which seems to be based on the RT2501 chipset.
