Cillit Bang Posted May 31, 2008 Share Posted May 31, 2008 Hey guys! It has been a long time since my last post, but now I got back into that OSx86 thing! Yesterday I downloaded Kalyway Install DVD 10.5.2 and pretty much everything worked like a charm. I chose sleepkernel and NVInject 512MB for my 8800GT. Performance in OS X is not really bad but I suppose it could be much better. CI/QE is working great, except for the dock. When I minimize a window, it stutters. Dashboard and everything else is working flawlessly without any lag. My xbench score is 143 (without disk). Do you guys know, what to do to get better performance? Should I try different gpu drivers? What else could I do to get a higher xbench score or to make the dock work as it should?
