jivhg
I used Kalyway's 10.5.3 updater and it worked. (This is on a USB HD I use for testing updates before my SATA) So, now almost everything is hunky dory except my battery meter. I replaced the ApplePowerSource.kext from: /System/Library/Extensions/AppleACPIPlatform/contents/plugins/ but it still doesn't work. Which files control the battery?
