Some problems after updating to 10.5.3

HI everyone. I updated my USB hard drive that I use for testing to 10.5.3 with Kalyway's COmboUpdate.

 

I used the Vanilla kernel too. Here a some problems I have so far:

• QE and CI don't work. - FIXED -

I cannot see my internal SATA hard drives in finder or disk utility anymore - Took "AppleAHCIPORT.kext" "IOAHCIFAMILY.kext" "IOSerialFamily.kext""itunesphonedriver.kext" from my 10.5.2 perfect install and repaired permissions and reboot with "-f"
 
Battery Meter Doesn't work anymore

 

So, these are my spotted problems. If you have any, feel free to post.

 

I am going to restart in SUDO made and try to mount the other hard drives.
