mac_cute
hey guys,i've got lenovo c100 3000, after installing kalyway 10.5.2 on my laptop (with great success) i get a blue screen and my laptop is stuck, what can i do to solve this problem? thanks! Maybe the problem is your "video card" but is hard to know...Can you boot in safe mode -x? I am sure that someone could help you,but your hardware is required.Post your full specs (mobo, chipset, video card, etc). Thanks. him84
booting in safe mode didn't help. M 740(1.73GHz), 1024 RAM, 80GB 5400rpm HD, 15in 1024x768 LCD, Intel 900, CDRW/DVD, Intel 802.11abg wireless, Bluetooth/Modem, 10/100 Ethernet, touch pad. anything else? i also agree that the problem might be with the video card (Intel Display driver (915GM/GMS, 910GML)), however, i don't hear anything as well, so i can't really be sure that the system boots. the first screen that i see is a white screen with apple's logo, after a while it disappears and the blue screen comes. then i can't do anything. thanks for your help. JaS
plug a second monitor in and see if it is showing up on that. also try booting into safe boot to see if you might have installed the wrong drivers when selecting your packages. mrbonkers
but you get display when u boot into the dvd right? u could try this, boot into the dvd, go to diskutil, right click on your leopard hard disk and take note of the drive and partition number. now reboot and boot to the dvd BUT PRESS F8 and type -v rd=diskXsY (where X is the disc number and Y is the partition number). see if you can boot to your desktop with display.
