mahen.s9
The time has come for us to finally figure a way to get OS X running on the Asus EEE PC flawlessly. This is an ideal cheap laptop for osx86 users. So I'm asking the community for help in this. That means everything working flawlessly WITHOUT opening it up and putting new parts in, etc. Good luck

Chrysaor
do not waste your time....this machine is so underpowered to run MacOS.. it's a shame.... Its not that underpowered, only have some problems with timings. If that issue is solved, it would be usable. You need to replace wireless card with Broadcom also. huedrant
yeah, same here. i finally got OSX running in my eeePC - on an external USB drive. i installed it via VMware on my windows box. i think its the ideal os fpr this little machine, its not too slow, and i'd like the features for daily use. my experince is that it's still quite usable. there are some issues that are described in detail here: http://eeepc-osx.wikispaces.com/ the detailed to do list can be found here: http://eeepc-osx.wikispaces.com/To+do i wondered if someone could turn the existing linux drivers into a working set of OS X drivers. has this already been done before?
