harper
hey, i have attached an image of my current hard disk setup. i am using a laptop and can only backup to DVDs etc. dont have the cash to invest in a external drive. i want to install mac os x onto my laptop, but on my second partition; Storage (D); I have around 35gigs of files i really need to keep. backing this lot up onto dvd could take a while! i dont mind losing my windows xp installation as long as i can later reinstall window. what is the best way to go about getting mac os x running with all my data still on an NTFS partition and also dualbooting with XP. also, what kind of partitions can osx read/write too? tia!
