Wireless issues?

Using leo4allv3, had to edit kexts to get my nforce ethernet and atheros wifi working. It would lockup while i was connected to a wireless network, then wouldnt reboot after. So ive reinstalled then saw the airport icon and reset, still booted so i thought the problem was solved. However when i turn ON the airport and connect to a network, then when i reset it wont boot again, it said something about /home not unmounting cleanly. Gonna be a pain in the ass if my install will never work again if it ever freezes or i forget to turn off airport before reset :\

what did you do to make your Wireless card to work in Leopard? I'm using Kaly's 10.5.2 DVD, and i can't make it work, even following the guides...
