Config: C2Q Q6700 Asus P5K-E (wi-fi) 4gb ram nVidia 8500 Hard drive config: 1) 500gb - sata chanel 1 2) 500gb - sata chanel 2 !3) 160gb IDE hard + dvd-rom on one cable! Gujal Posted May 19, 2008 Share Posted May 19, 2008 Your motherboard is equipped with JMicron® JMB363 PATA and SATA controller You need a SATA DVD Drive plugged on port 1 of the Intel SATA Port or external USB DVD Drive to install OSX.
