pet1
Using an intel core 2 duo e7200, 4gig ddr2 and 7600 gt with efi gfx. Still can't get my sfx alc662 working. Anyway. I've noticed that while using logic studio and the vanilla kernel, logic goes out of sync and says something like... sample rate 4500.... 44000 expected.... I tried the 9.2.2 hacked kernel and it works beautifully. I got back to vanilla 9.2.2 kernel and sync errors. I tested my 10.4.11 vanilla drive and that works very well too. So it must be something with the vanilla kernel and logic on a hack setup. Any ideas? tram
It's your E7200. I've got one too, and the system clock loses about 5 seconds / minute. Supposedly the modbin 10.5.4 kernel fixes this. Now, it's your turn. How do you switch kernels? Can you link me to something? Is there a way to install multiple kernels and switch between them at boot a la linux/grub? pet1
I should have replied a long time ago. I actually fixed the problem by using chameleon bootloader. Everything works great.
