Tuxedo Jack
I'm sure you all know that we can't run Classic in OS X86 now, what with the ability to emulate a plain PPC 604 being stripped from the image. What about recompiling Basilisk II for OS X86? Nigel Pearson ported it over a while back, and it runs under OS X86 - it just crashes when you try to add HFV volume files to it. If we make that, we can EASILY emulate the 680x0 architecture, and that can let us run up to 8 and a lot of our old programs - it'll make the Mac experience more real, y'see. I do wish Apple had included Classic, but what're you going to do, you know? Tuxedo Jack
Apparently, a workaround has been found - create a blank HFV in BII, then exit and rename your original HFV file with your copy of OS 7.5-8.1 on it to the one you just created. Then you can run Basilisk II and it'll work - but the framerate SUCKS.
