Kalyway 10.5.2

Hi,

 

I Have installed OSX86 (Leopard) a number of times using the Kalyway 10.5.2 DVD with different package combinations.

However each time the system boots after installation, the boot process hangs with the following message:

 

MAC Framework successfully initialized

using 2621 buffer headers and 2621 cluster IO buffer headers

 

I am installing Leopard on an IBM thinkpad model R40.

 

Can some help me resolve this issue.

I am a newbie and would request detailed explanation.

find member name kabyl and go to his thread about fixing bioses... after your bios is fixed it will work fine, you most likely have MSI product or ASUS laptop...

 

also learn to make a hardware profile on your signature, else you will be scolded at best
