Toaster37
So I installed Leopard today and when I load the drive that it was installed to on boot up it just doesn't load. Just hangs. I also tried with the DVD in the drive but I don't know how to boot the install from the dvd. Balto
Can you provide more information? What install DVD did you use and your system specifications? When it hangs or before it hangs, what do you see on screen? And about booting install from the DVD, either let it load until a boot selection page comes up or press F8/anykey while it is counting down. This should depend on your the install you're using but try them anyway. When you manage to get to a boot screen and your hard disk/partition on which you install is done appears, then just select it. Remember either to set your boot order in BIOS to boot from DVD or select the DVD drive to boot from.
