What installer should I use?

Ok I have been trying to install Leopard on to my PC with no avail, so I am asking which installer should I use.

I am also using a 160GB Western Digital IDE hardrive that will all be used 140GB will be used for Mac OS X and 10GB for a Transfer system as a FAT partition to move files between mac and windows.
