bptba93 Posted February 28, 2006 Share Posted February 28, 2006 to get sound working go to HWsetup under control panel in windows (if you still have it) and go to devices or something like that and instead of the OS one select i think the all devices on i think...if you don't have a windows go to the bios by hitting esc then power and hit f1 and you might have to go to the other page but go there and selec the all devices or whatever and you got sigmatel sound...this is by the way in 10.4.3 build 8F1111g. As for the wireless get the 10.4.5 combo update from apple and get pacifist to open it and find io80211family.kext then right click on it and click install in default location (something like that) then find the ionetworkingfamily.kext and do the same.reboot.go to system preferences and go to network...there you go a new "AirPort" card has been installed you should be able to get it from there.
