Homem Bomba
I just swapped my Geforce 6800 to a 8600GT XXX from XFX. Mac os x (Leo4All V2) boots fine, I even hear the beep from google mail notifier! I had installed Natit and Nvidia Installer 0.41 to get my 6800 working. But now the screen is blank (and the monitor goes into power saving mode). I want to fix the installation without having to format the hard drive. I've tried to specify the "Graphics Mode"="1024x768@60", moved all GeForce kext's into a different folder, but it won't go back to software mode! Is there any way to force VESA driver like in linux? My objective is to get Aqua back, so I can run the Natit installer again with the new card, because I read in the osx86 wiki that it works OOB with that installer.
