GojiraX
I formatted a smaller section of my IDE HDD into the MAC format with the DISK utility on the Leopard 10.5.2 AMD EFI disk i downloaded. It installed fine and said now rebooting. However, now i cannot boot to my previous main partition which is XP or the new one which is supposed to be OSX. When i take out the DVD the computer tells me to insert a system disk.. Where did i go wrong? Am I missing any files or something? Balto
Perhaps you have installed a boot record using your Leopard 10.5.2 AMD EFI install DVD. What guide did you follow or what steps did you take? Try recovering XP first, just insert your XP installation disk and run Repair Disk. Balto
Yup, you can get that done! Once you're on your new XP, just transfer all your files over from the original XP install partition.
