bone1977
Hey guys, Just a simple question regarding the XP toolbar when I boot up using bootcamp 2.1 under XP. It seems to forget the settings I add for the toolbar, namely the locked bars and removing the language bar. I remove the language and lock the toolbars, but every time I reboot, even if its from XP back into XP the settings just poof and its back to default. Its not a major thing, just more of an annoyance. Other then that I've had no issues with running XP on my Macbook. It took the SP3 upgrade like a champ as well. Thanks in advance Erik (Using Mac since April 2008!) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/103897-windows-xp-toolbars-not-saving/ Share on other sites

~pcwiz
Right click on the Taskbar >> Properties, set your settings, click Apply and then OK. Should save them. track09
The first time you add your toolbar preferences, go to File>Close insead of hitting the red (or gray) "X". The preferences are assuredly saved this way.
