They have a few options:

 

1. They could outsource the jobs at first, using generic cases with their logos slapped on them.

 

2. They could straight up buy generic parts (or have them specially made for their company) and slap their logos on them.

 

3. Tons and tons of investing and hope it pays off. They would build their own factories (or lease, most likely) and manufacture their own cases, keyboards, and other components.

by slapping their logo on generic parts does that not violate any laws?

 

No, because there is an agreement between the two companies who are doing business with one another. It would almost be like a licensing contract.

so if i bought cheap newegg generic keyboards and slapped a logo on them it should be ok legally?

Only if you have an agreement with that company. If you did have an agreement, you could probably get them cheaper directly from the company.
