Not sure if this is the right place to post but I'd like to know if the the following components would be compatible with osx86. I think they should be but it'd be good to know for sure.

Antec Sonata III case

4GB RAM

Asus P5GC-MX1333 Motherboard

320GB HItachi HDD

Sony DRU190A 20x DVD Drive

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400

Nvidia XFX GeForce 8800GTS with COD4

Btw I'm a complete noob to this so any comments/advice would nice.

I was just teasing you. :)

I personally hate that Sonata case. It's cramped, noisy, has marginal airflow, and is a finger print magnet. If you want a nice Antec case get a P180 or above. It doesn't come with a power supply, but you don't want that garbage that comes in the Sonata anyway.

Is the sonata really that bad? Do I need any fans with that setup? If so could anyone recommend a good value one.

It's not that bad, I just don't like it for the reasons I listed. The P180 is a far better case for the same money. If you are looking for more of a mini mid look at the Mini P180.

The Sonata III is fine, I've got one myself. The power supply is actually great, better than other ones you'll find with a case. 500w is definately enough to power all you've got

As for your other parts, I have no idea. Just search the site for what you want to buy, and see if anyone is having any problems. I'm personally running a GA-P35-DS3L with an 8800GTS G92 and I love it

What about the Antec 900 ultimate gamers case anyone had any good/bad experiences with it?

If you like spinning lights, windows, and a huge goofy fan in the top of the case this one if for you. If you want a case that is quiet, has excellent cable management, has removable drive bays with drive isolation, has an isolated power supply bay that doubles as a place for a future water setup... basically a case that has everything this one doesn't... go with the P180 I mentioned earlier.
