00diabolic Posted May 7, 2008 Share Posted May 7, 2008 Well see there is a solution out there because if you go into user accounts under system preferences and go to change your user icon go to edit and a mini version of photobooth appears. Under that you can use the cam. Interesting uh. SO WHY DOSNT IT WORK IN FULL PHOTOBOOTH... ERRRRRR See mine works there and in my webcam monitor provided by sonix but nowhere else. This seems like it should be a simple kext edit or some kinda plugin that needs to be swapped. However I cant find anyone willing to help me with this or even care enough to want to help. So I'm very annoyed by that. I will keep looking at my system trying to figure out why in app A it works and in app B no go. I will be updating my topic about the same thing if I get anywhere.
