beside, my usb seems to be unable to work. i don't know what to do now.

what do you mean not very well? Do you mean the kexts get loaded sometimes but not other times with this method? or your kexts are loaded but printer does not pick up its drivers or somethings? And I could not understand why you would need to unplug your printer on restart? So your printer only shows up if you connect it after the computer has booted!

little unusual story i have heard so far. dont know what to suggest other than that try some other install like iATKOS or Kalyway. These two are good install and works on many computers. as regards to unloading the pen drive, all i can say is that click on eject button twice, sometimes if it is tethered by some application (check in Terminal and all processes option), even though you have quit from the dock, the pen drive will not eject.

is your printer a usb or network printer.

can you boot with -v option at boot (use F8 button to get to boot option if you have automatic booting) and check the error messages you get before it freezes. take a snap shot and paste here to give some clues.
