(I am Using Leo4allv3 install DVD) After it installs, it shows me a screen with spinning "/" and says press any key to boot: Mac HD (my partition) I press enter, and after a while of white text on black screen, it says"still waiting for root device"

I have tried -v, -x, and cpus=1

I have a MSI p6n 680i Mobo

DDR2 800

8800gt

Creative X-FI

2x SATA HDD's

Intel q6600 Quad Core

What can i do to finaly boot into leopard?? i have tried every DVD out there for the past 4 months, and no luck, this ACTUALLY installed, but wont boot... (BTW, i at setup, i choose the 9.2.0 kernel I think for SSE2/SSE3 Processors) Should I disable my usb memory stick and 2nd HDD and try to boot? or which kernal should i choose? (9.2.2, 9.2.0, Vanilla 9.2.2, Vanilla 9.2.0)

what do u mean unmodified Iso, and which test version? lol im clueless, and do i use NforceTest, or NforceOld? Please awnser quickly if you can, because I have to get to bed very soon, and I would like to install it quickly. Thanks!

Try installing chipset drivers, it worked with me, in my first attempt I never ticked the Intel ICHx and got the still waiting for ------- on the 2nd attempt I ticked the ICHx and the system booted fine.

 

The only thing I could not get to work is dual display on my fx3400.
