henchman
I'm pretty excited about getting 10.4.3 workign with Airport support. The one thing I haven't been able to et workign is the ATI drivers for the built in 9600 mobility Video card. Any suggestions? NS91
I'd much rather have Airport support, as that's my primary way of connecting to the internet. Any suggestions? I also just installed 10.4.3 on my Emachines M6805; however, I have been unable to get the keyboard & touchpad to work at all. I currently only have the USB mouse working. Would you be willing to share your steps to get the keyboard and Airport support working for the M6805? Thank you very much! Just based on the fact that the keyboard and the touchpad aren't USB devices, have you tried deleting your extension caches and rebooting with the USB moust unplugged? I've heard OSX wants either everything USB or everything PS2 connections. BTW, I had a m6805 as well... Then a m6810 when the hinge on the other broke, then had to swap to another 6810, and then finally on my last possible return date, swapped it with a Gateway 7405gx which is pretty much the same. as well. I managed to get 10.4.3 running on there but never figured out wireless or Radeon. I believe the touchpad and keyboard did work though. I sold it last week though since I wasn't using it much :-/ Good luck.
