pantich
Hi guys, I'm trying to install Leopard 10.5.1 on my pc with kalway sse2 sse3. While booting from dvd I try to use every possible option ("Boot Graphic"="No" too) with no success whatsoever. The pc will always reboot in some minutes. I've installed from my dvd on my friend's laptop and it worked smoothly. I think the error happens when it comes to start the graphic mode. I dont' know what else to do and I'm hoping to hear from you soon... Thanks in advance. My configuration: Asus p4c800-e deluxe P4 3.2 HT (I dont' remember if it's the Prescott one) Nvidia fx 5700 1gb ram ::Alessandro:: Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/101348-leopard-1051-reboot-before-start-the-graphic-mode/ Share on other sites
inimicus
Without knowing the point of reboot, we won't be of much help. Boot with verbose (-v) and post the last few lines before reboot. Ok, cpuz said my cpu is a "Northwood" one Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/101348-leopard-1051-reboot-before-start-the-graphic-mode/#findComment-723079 Share on other sites

1o1
This issue is very common and even for me I don't know what is the solution but I hope if someone can help us PS: I think also the issue only in vanilla kernel, but if you use any kernel other than vanilla you can't update Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/101348-leopard-1051-reboot-before-start-the-graphic-mode/#findComment-878231 Share on other sites
