norcalrivercat
So my computer takes about 5 minutes to load up "darwin/x86" (something along those lines.) After booting I have an apple load screen with a little circle loading, and after about a minute it shows a cancel sign (like the one on your ipod when it says "do not disconnect"). "kalyway_leo_10.5.1.iso" is the disk i have burned. So am i totally screwed and will my computer not support this? Or is there some setting i can change to make the installer work. I have access to a mac running leopard, and i was wondering if i can just boot the kalyway installer on that computer and install the operating system to my external drive? I checked to see if the installer will boot on my mac and it will, so is this a possible solution? Thanks.
