OK, tried SuperDuper!, Carbon Copy Cloner, and neither work.

Is there any software out there that will actually work with Hacks that will allow you to clone

a boot drive (yes, the 2 above programs will) but then that actually works?

CCC works fine, the only problem is to make the copy bootable; if you have a ToH 10.5-Install-DVD you can use the fixboot-script that is included (boot with DVD, go to terminal & type: /usr/misc/script.sh "name of volume" , you might have to then unmount the boot-volume with the Disk Utility and use the script.sh a second time). Also working: Partition the drive using for example a 10.4.11-Install-DVD, clone your system (I'm using the mode where you can choose which files have to be copied (with all files checked), I'm not sure if the 1:1-copy-mode works, too), and then set the boot partition as active with a suitable HD-utility, for example the good old MS-DOS fdisk does the trick (I'm using the one from the WinME-backup-disk). I even managed to make a bootable copy on a SDHC-card this way :hysterical:
