I have intel 965 RY, with E4320 Core2Duo processor,, sata dvd writer and harddisk as well... i still cant get osx installed in my system... its just struck at "BSD auditing present", and some times on "ACPI state S3"...

 

I could see hat its using mach_kernel,,,, how do u go about replacing the kernel? where can i download the kernel? can any one pls help me? thank you...

Hi,.,,

 

I changed my ACPI settings many times... doesnt help.... i even tried to use Legacy, NAtive, AHCI, IDE settings for SATA.... no USE....

 

'Be sure that both your CDROM and you Drive are MASTER."----> what does this mean? MASTER slave configurations are only for IDE right??? i have configured it in SATA port....

 

HDD in SATA0 and DVD drive in SATA1

i also tried HDD in SATA1 and DVD drive in SATA0

 

 

pls help me...
