Maybe i write this down explicitly because it might make things easier for people like me:

 

In OSX 10.9.x replace the file System/Library/Extensions/IONetworkingFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleBCM5701Ethernet.kext with the downloaded file...

 

I know it is written on the picture as well, but at least for me it was too small, or i am too ignorant...

 

Other than that, it is working like a charm on ASRock Extreme 6 Z77
