Hello.

I have been trying to fix my new wireless card. It's a D-Link DWL-G510 card, and as a careful customer I checked its revision, to avoid Cx revisions, which use Ralink chipset instead of Atheros chipset. I installed it but even with 10.4.5/10.4.8 IO80211Family.kext, standard IO80211Family.kext, it didn't worked. I added my ID too, which is 168c:001a, which I written as "pci168c, 1a" in the plists. What should I do to make it work?

It has been installed on a AMD system running tubgirl AMD 10.4.10.

I just got a DWL-G510 rev.B1 today and I followed the guide:

http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...28G%29&st=0

After that I saw the Airport in my Network window, but I cannot turn it on. the "turn it on button" has no effect at all. And it is strange that I cannot change it to en1. After I edit that file to en1, it become en0 after restart.

Could you share with me how you made it work? Thanks!

I have the same card, it shows up but I also cannot turn it on. I've made sure the permissions are inplace and tried en0 and en1 but it still does the same thing!!

(you have to change a intreg to make it stay when rebooting)

anyone?
