How much longer until Apple legal strikes those who have been downloading the developer release of Tiger for x86?  Dvorak said it'd be all done by about today, but he's also Mr. Apple-will-be-dead-by-year's-end so he can't be taken at face value.  

Or... Was the conspiracy theory right?  Is this a test of how much demand for the OS has?  Any comments?

The thing about apple is they have to retain an image of "We care, but were not going to be heavy handed about it" , they will do a first round of legal strikes then calm down, at least the Apple I know will

I think we are lab mice, like the darwin opensource project.  Mac do thing with style thats why we want our Mac OSX!!!

But then again I just think is better to talk straight
