Hey there MaLd0n,

I'm still running 10.12 and will install 10.14 soon. Do you think the DSDT, config.plist and VoodooTSC Sync kext you sent in February will work smoothly?

Thanks for your time :)

update some kexts like VoodooTSCSync.kext

VoodooTSCSync.kext.zip

Hi MaLd0n,

I'll install Mojave today, I'll use your Clover folder and update it with the VoodooTSCSync.kext you just sent.

With Sierra I had installed those:

AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement (v216)

AppleIntelE1000e (v2.4.14)

FakeSMC (v6.18.1964)

GenericUSBXHCI (v1.2.11)

Are they still needed for Mojave? Should I add or update anything?

Thanks a lot!

Hey there MaLd0n,

I managed to install Mojave using your Clover setup. The computer is sluggish and I’m having a few display issues (can’t change resolutions, second monitor doesn’t switch on).

I suspect the video card isn’t registered properly?

Here's a dump (I had trouble saving the ioreg):

send_me.zip

Here are the settings I used in Clover (from Sierra install):

Should I install X79PlatformPlugin?

Thank you very much for your time!

Well, I can't make the HD 6870 work with Mojave, so I'm buying a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580.

Will your Clover setup need an update?

Thanks!

same files with whatevergreen.kext

let me know

Hi MaLd0n,

First boot with the RX580 I’m getting a black screen after the Apple logo. The white bar doesn’t load, then the display goes black but stays on. It enters sleep mode after a few minutes.

Second time in verbose mode, the PC ends up crashing

Third time, the PC shuts down right after Clover boots

The card is listed as RX 480 instead of 580 in Clover’s graphic injector

Any idea?

Thanks!

Hey there @MaLd0n,

You kindly provided this Clover folder for my older HD6870.

Would you mind helping me update the DSDT/SSDT for my newer RX580, please?

Thanks very much for your time ;)

same DSDT, this patch video work for all xD
